Global Remote Connect was founded in 2019 to build a single, verified market for remote roles across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom — with real salary ranges and honest timezone expectations on every listing.
Our mission
We exist to make remote hiring predictable: candidates should know the pay, the hours and their odds before applying, and employers should be able to trust every profile and every score they see. We measure ourselves on time-to-offer and on how few candidates report being ghosted.
Why the US, Canada, the UK, Germany and Australia
These five markets share enough timezone overlap and legal complexity that most platforms handle them badly — treating "remote" as one undifferentiated pool. We built compliance, pay data and right-to-work filtering separately for each market so listings are accurate on day one, not after a support ticket.
